Spain, Italy, France and the UK: reservoir storage and treatment capacity
Every reservoir in the Spanish weekly bulletin and every large dam in the Italian national register, with the urban wastewater plants reported to the EU. Spanish storage refreshes weekly, Sicilian monthly; everything else is a register that changes when its publisher reissues it. Each reservoir carries a derived read of where the work is — scarcity against the effluent standing within 25 km of it — scored the same way everywhere, from open data only.
